How to Apply

Applications for the 2026-2027 academic year will be accepted December 2nd – January 24, 2026. There will be one selected applicant who will be notified February 12, 2026.

Minimum Eligibility:

• Applicants must graduate with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree by June 1, 2026.
• Applicants must be eligible for an Ohio Chiropractor License and apply for that license by the start of the fellowship in July 2026.

If you meet all of the requirements and are interested in applying, please complete the form below and be prepared to attach the following documents:

• Chiropractic Fellowship Application (below)

• Curriculum Vitae
• Letter of intent detailing your personal background and your interests and goals of participation in the DCFP
• Official transcripts from all attending chiropractic programs

• Three letters of recommendation (letters of recommendation may be provided by DCs, MDs, DOs, PTs, or faculty from your chiropractic degree program. At least one letter must be provided by a DC or faculty from your chiropractic degree program).
