Important Notice for Medicare Patients: Changes to Telehealth Services
As of October 1, 2025, there have been significant changes to telehealth services for Medicare patients due to the expiration of federal telehealth waivers.
- Non-mental health telehealth services may now be reimbursable only if you are in a specific medical facility in a rural area.
- Telehealth services provided at home may no longer be covered by Medicare, except for certain treatments like substance use disorder (SUD) and end-stage renal disease (ESRD).
While we continue to offer telehealth services, many may not be covered by Medicare, potentially leading to out-of-pocket costs.
