*Additional month from above rotations and/or Elective rotations to total 52 weeks

Longitudinal Rotations

• Pharmacy service (staffing)
• Management / medication safety
• Teaching
• Research project

Elective Rotations

• Nephrology
• Palliative care/hospice
• Infectious disease
• Discuss options based on interests

Staffing Requirements

• Every other weekend initially, then transition to every 3rd weekend with evening shifts
• Holiday requirements (1 major + 2 minor)
