How to Apply

Applicant Eligibility:

• Completed an ACGME accredited Emergency Medicine Residency Program
• Board certified / board eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Ohio
• Demonstrated interest in either domestic or international social emergency medicine and population health

• Personal Statement including personal career goals and interest in our fellowship program
• CV
• Letter of Support from Chair
• Letter of Support from Faculty, Mentors (2)
