Clinical Trials Fellowship
The clinical trials fellow works as a sub-investigator on both sponsor- and investigator-initiated clinical trials, the majority of which evaluate new systemic biologic therapy for psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and other inflammatory skin diseases. Responsibilities include recruiting, screening and consenting new patients, completing and documenting all patient visits and assessments, and distributing/documenting correct use of study medication. The fellow works as part of an established clinical trials team and is responsible for running a weekly investigator meeting. This fellowship is a two- to three-year position and is mentored by Neil Korman, MD, PhD.
