Prepared Childbirth

Mondays starting Monday, December 8, 2025 at 6:00 PM through Monday, December 15, 2025

Based on the Lamaze Method. Prepares expectant parents for the physical and emotional aspects of the later stages of pregnancy, labor and birth. Bring two bed pillows and a small blanket to class sessions. One class fee includes 2 participants except Family & Friends CPR, Heartsaver First Aid, and Grandparenting ( charge per person).
