Timothy A. Boyko

Bio

Tim is an experienced attorney and shareholder at Mansour Gavin LPA where he practices in the areas of business and real estate law, as well as probate and estate planning. Prior to joining Mansour Gavin, Tim was Managing Partner at the law firm of Boyko, Dobeck & Weaver. He represents individuals, companies and non-profit organizations in his practice.

Tim is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Florida and the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio. He is recognized by Best Lawyers in America^®. In addition to his practice, Tim is involved in various community organizations, including serving as Chairman of the UH West Market Board of Directors, Chairman of the City of Parma Civil Service Commission and a long time Board Member of the Parma Hospital Health Care Foundation. Не previously served as a Magistrate in the City of Broadview Heights Mayor’s Court as well as President of the Parma Board of Education.

Tim formed and, along with his three children, leads the Patty Boyko Foundation, in memory of his late wife. The Foundation provides funding for comfort care services for patients going through cancer treatment. He earned his undergraduate degree from Cleveland State University and his law degree from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
