Angelique Foss, MS, CHES®, NBC-HWC, LPMT, MT-BC
Angelique is a nationally board-certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), and a licensed Board-Certified Music Therapist (LPMT, MT-BC) in the state of Ohio. At UH Connor Whole Health, she provides outpatient health coaching and music therapy services, helping patients create meaningful and sustainable lifestyle changes that support whole-person well-being.
She holds a Bachelor of Music, an Equivalency in Music Therapy, and a Master of Public Health in Health Promotion and Education with a focus on Integrative Health. In addition to her clinical work, Angelique has contributed to research exploring music therapy interventions for individuals living with chronic and complex health conditions. She brings years of experience in both clinical care and program development, having served in leadership roles across community and medical settings.
Angelique’s approach to care is grounded in presence, compassion, and mindfulness. She creates a calm, supportive space where each person feels seen and understood, guiding them to reconnect with their strengths and make gentle, sustainable changes that support their best self.
