Med-Peds Residency Program Quick Facts:

1. Our Med-Peds residency includes 4 residents per year.
2. Our program leadership includes our program director and two associate program directors, our dedicated program coordinator and outstanding core faculty. Work with mentors who are Med-Peds hospitalists, Med-Peds primary care physicians, Med-Peds subspecialists, and Med-Peds physician-scientists.
3. We work at mission-driven hospitals that provide world-class care to patients from a broad range of backgrounds and with a full spectrum of medical concerns, from “routine” care to quaternary specialty care.
4. Participate in the care of patients as they age from pediatric to adult care, in outpatient clinics as well as through inpatient Med-Peds consults.
5. We have weekly Med-Peds conferences where we gather together for education and fun.
6. We rotate at tertiary/quaternary care hospitals, all within a short walk of one another at University Circle in Cleveland. University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital, University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center, and the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, 
7. Our graduates consistently match into their top fellowship slots, desired primary care jobs, and academic positions.
8. Our program uses X+Y block scheduling throughout all 4 years to enhance resident wellness, ambulatory training, and patient continuity.
