Dr. Paula Usis has always shown genuine concern for my health. She is a true professional: knowledgeable and respectful to her patients. We are blessed to have her!
Usis is doing a great job taking my concern for my health issues seriously and investigating into them appropriately. She is not dismissive.
Dr. Usis is a wonderful doctor and *** her receptionist is always so welcoming and friendly!!
I absolutely love Dr. Usis. She is professional, caring, friendly, and very easy to talk to. She remembers the details of previous conversations, even if unrelated to my health. She is genuinely interested in people and knows how to listen and make me feel comfortable.
Excellent
The whole experience was great
I love this provider. She always addresses all my concerns, explains things clearly, and answers all of my questions. This time Dr Usis removed a suspicious lesion for testing quickly and very efficiently. I really appreciated not having to come back for an additional appointment.
Such a positive experience even though I had to wait a little bit. Well worth good health care
Dr. Usis is so popular that it is hard to get an appointment with her.
Dr. Usis always is careful when examining me and clearly explains what she is doing. She addresses all of my questions.

This provider is amazing and I have recommended her to my friends!
Excellent exsperience.
Dr. Usis spent a lot of time talking with me about my symptoms and offered options on addressing them. She left the decision to me.
I always have an excellent experience with Dr. Usis and her staff,
I live 2.5 hours away and come to Dr. Usis and the team which includes ***, ***, ***, and ***. I am family here and they have always made a way for me when issues outside of me moving arise. I have recommended them to other people over the years which also included my sister who lives down in *** area before we moved down that way to the east. I have never had a problem here with any provider as I have seen all of them and they delivered both of my children and was my support when I miscarried my first time up until my *** miscarriage. I trust them if I was blindfolded to get me when I need to be. ***** They are THE hardest working staff and I will support them anyway I can.
Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.

As of December 31, 2016, Paula Usis did not disclose any Outside Relationships with Industry.
