About
Dr. Taylor grew up in Elyria, where he played football, basketball and baseball at Elyria Catholic High School. A competitive spirit and a passion for exercise as a form of medicine led him to a career as a primary care sports medicine physician.
Dr. Taylor graduated from medical school at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. He completed his family medicine residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC and a sports medicine fellowship at The Ohio State University in Columbus.
Dr. Taylor’s background in family medicine fosters a holistic approach to his patient’s well-being. He works with patients to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with their goals and motivations.

Dr. Taylor is an excellent physician. I especially appreciate that he use ultrasound to give my cortisone and Euflexxa injections to the knee. He has a warm and friendly personality that puts his patients at ease. Dr. Taylor answers all questions and never seems to be in a hurry but explains things thoroughly.
