Patient Experience Reviews
When I arrived they took me right back. The provider came right in and we talked. I don't think I have ever been seen and completed that quickly and efficiently. Thank you for a great experience
The whole visit was courteous, efficient and informative. I was completely satisfied when I left.
I've had some poor run in with other UH doctors, so this was a very nice change for the positive. This office was professional -- all staff and the doctor.
I can't remember if Dr S. Sat while talking. I had his undivided attention and he made sure to speak in a way that I could hear him despite my poor hearing. I really appreciate that kind of courtesy.
Provider was positive and supportive. Suggested procedures. Procedures were scheduled by an excellent woman at the desk upon check out.
Dr. Sullivan was very knowledgeable, attentive to my comments, very clear with his explanations.
Dr Sullivan was most responsive to my concerns and assured me that a colonoscopy is advisable and safe for me at this stage of my life. I feel comfortable undergoing the colonoscopy procedure now.
Dr. Sullivan and his MA/front desk person *** are a fantastic team. Dr. Sullivan is a kind, compassionate and intelligent Doctor. I trust him immensely with my well being and highly recommended him to anyone that is in need of Gastro.
Very professional.
Best medical appointment I've had in a while. Great doctor. Really listens. Looked at me and not computer screen when talking to me. Speaks In gentle voice, not commanding. Gave advice that made scientific sense, unlike some advice I've received from a couple of doctors lately. Did not talk down to me. Asked good questions. I will definitely recommend him, and return for more care from him.
I felt like he was the first GI provided that listened and did not suggest losing weight or getting off my mental health medications. ***
Always a good experience,very professional
Dr Sullivan and his care team were friendly, empathetic and professional. I would give them all the highest of recommendations.
Dr. Sullivan was fast and efficient. He answered my questions and explained further testing. Results were fast. The front desk person was also excellent. She scheduled and explained testing locations. She responded to my later messaging questions and forwarded an rx within the hour requested.
Dr. Sullivan was very professional and included my concerns for plan of care.

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.
UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
