I love Dr Shapiro she really listens to you and figures out the best plan for you. It's a good feeling to know your Dr is really concerned about your health. I don't feel rushed when I see her like other physicians have done in the past. We communicate a lot using MyChart which is convenient .

My wife and I both see doctor Laura Schapiro at the S Greene Urban Care UH Facility. Dr Schapiro is the very best PCP we have ever had. This is the absolute truth. We hope she will be our only PCP going forward.
This was my first meeting with the provider, which I found her to be extremely professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with. She listened to me patiently as I was speaking, and I left the appointment feeling like I have been communicating with her for a long time. I felt very comfortable with her.
My previous primary doctor left UH. This visit was my first meeting with Dr. Laura S. I chose her using available information but didn't know anything personally about her. The introductory visit went well and I intend to keep using her. I will be making an appointment to see her again in 6 months at her suggestion.
