Dr Ratay has been my primary care doctor for a few years now. I'm very comfortable talking to her about any and all of my health concerns. I have been very impressed with her from my first visit. I have recommended her to my wife and sister, who are also very happy with her. I would recommend her to anyone.

My provider is very comforting and open. Both my husband and I have her as our primary care doctor. We have been through a lot in the past couple years with my husband's cardiac needs. Dr. Ratay pulls it all together and totally case managed all facets, including me - asking how I am doing, throughout. Doing so keeps us comfortable and confident. Dr. Ratay is very responsive to emails through the epic/My Chart system. She also gets the "visit summary" done very quickly which is always helpful to have to use as a reference. I would highly recommend Dr. Ratay to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

Dr Ratays office is very amazing I really appreciate her and her staff I've had a issue for a long time and just decided I'd try and see if she could figure it out and it was a difficult diagnosis she believes it's eem she called me the next day to tell me she thinks she figured it out I have a few other appointments to go to but her her team and the other offices that are apart of trying to figure out what and how to best help me and I have a issue with my feet I can't spell but she help with that as well I can't speak more positively about her and her team they're excellent work hard and keep you very updated with every piece of information that come

Industry Relationships
University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships.
