I love Dr Pofoczak. I have been going to him my entire adult life as soon as he opened practice. He is always available and his team is awesome. When the office all knows you by name it make you feel special and they really care. Especially right now with so many rare conditions popping up, Doug is still my anchor and makes sure I get a specialist immediately. The list has doubled this year, I wish I could get them all together with Doug to make the best a . I use mychart and they respond immediately. Saves so much time seeing tests results. Right now alot is going wrong but this last visit Doug on his calm voice said it will be OK. Just love him. ***

*** Dr. Potoczak is always attentive about my concerns and asks appropriate questions. He ordered an EMG and nerve conduction test; explained the test procedures; and advised me of my options based on the possible test results. He also examined moles that I inquired about and recommended that I schedule an appointment at my convenience to have them removed.
