Hard to complete this form. This was a follow-up visit after a hospital procedure. I was refered to Dr. Knotek by my primary doctor for treatment. If I ever have any other problems in her field, I would not hesitate to schedule with her again.
I've been seeing this doctor for half my life. She squeezed me into a fully booked day so I wouldn't have to wait until after the weekend to be seen. I appreciated that, even though it meant I needed to wait longer at the office than usual.
This was my first visit with Dr. Kotnek. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you.
I wouldn't recommend this provider as I'm post menopausal and she's an OB/GYN. She was excellent for what I needed.
