Dr. Farah obtained his undergraduate training at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. He went on to earn his medical degree at the School of Osteopathic Medicine at Campbell University in Lillington, North Carolina, followed by a residency in internal medicine at UH St John Medical Center in Westlake, Ohio, and a fellowship in hospice and palliative care at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. Throughout his training he has had numerous publications and presentations at the local and national level.
Dr. Farah grew up in the greater Cleveland area and is a fan of the Cleveland Cavaliers. He sings in his church choir and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Just relocated to the area. This is my first visit with Dr Farah. He spent a great deal of time reviewing my medical history. I He knew everything about past procedures. He made me feel like I was his only patient. He took time and answered every question. He ordered labs and reached out within 24 hours to discuss my test results.
