Good
All UH personnel are well trained, professional, efficient and friendly.
Dr. Farah always listens to my concerns and questions and discusses them with me. I never feel talked "down to". I feel he views me as an equal partner in my care and treatment and gives weight to my suggestions and assessments.
Great experience overall
Very happy with the care Dr. Farah gives me!
My experience with the cardiologist and his staff was excellent from check in to office visit. Excellent service.
Friendly, interested in my care & efficient.
I have been very concerned about my cardiology care since my prior cardiologist retired. Dr. Farah has allayed my concerns almost entirely and I look forward to seeing him. I've begun to use the email feature in MyChart to communicate with him to keep him aware of things like the effects of prescription changes (although I am mindful that I do not want to respect his time). I look forward to having a long and mutually productive professional relationship with Dr. Farah and expect it will be successful.
Very good visit. Staff and doctor were very professional.
Everyone I spoke with was polite and knowledgeable, the office flow was awesome
All was well, the visit
Dr. Farah went above and beyond usual care, I asked him about taking *** supplement, he printed the information that I needed, and explained that there wasn't sufficient data to support taking the supplement, Thank you Dr. Farah.
The physician was thorough and attentive!
Very good experience with a great doctor.
He's always shown genuine Concierge concern
I enjoyed talking to the provider. He explains everything very thoroughly and makes sure you understand everything to you before you leave the office.
Good experience
Dr. Farah was amazing, he has been the only Doctor that I have ever seen who actually looked at my chart not once but twice, he looked at it before he came in to see me which is usually never done by a doctor. He also went back after we discussed about what happened in *** to me and also came back to talk about it and retook my blood pressure because the first one was extremely high and It Is usually high, which was normal when he took It again. If more doctors did what he did and listened people would be less frustrated when they deal with the medical people. I can not say enough great things about Dr. Farah. I went to him to get a new Cardiologist because the one I had always wanted to give me ailments I did not have which would anger me so I sought out to find a new one and I did, Dr. Farah.
Dr. Farah was referred by my primary care physician's office after a CT scan in order to prescribe cholesterol-lowering medication.Dr. Farah examined me in *** and then, as now, he and his office were first-rate; more than just merely professional......this has been my experience with UH generally, thanks for What you do as well as the Way that you do it.
I am always pleased with Dr. Farah. I thought after my last heart doctor retired, I would never like another doctor as much, but that's not true.
