Direct and efficient
I have been suffering with this problem for more than a year and been to several drs. Dr. Eubanks is the first to sit with me, show me the MRI and explain the results . He explained my options and why. It was such a relief to talk to him. He was very personable and great to talk to.

He listened to my questions and comments and gave me a comprehensive assessment of my situation along with his recommendations for measures I should consider. Excellent, went for a second opinion. Had send all essential information ahead of time. He had read and looked at all of it and explained why his recommendation would be the same as my own physician. He did not try to require me to have additional scans but was through and succinct. Including that in the end it was going to be a personal decision. Very pleased with second opinion and helped tremendously with my first diagnosis. Thank you for providing an excellent physician.

Dr Jason Eubanks - he explained a couple of options for me to help relieve this everyday low back pain I have on a daily basis on may *** 2021 *** Dr Eubanks referred a Pain Management Specialist at UH and I saw him today , he prescribed me a prescription for my pain, also I'm scheduled for pain injections in *** I will start aquatic therapy asap for pain relief, my last option is going to be Surgery !

Dr eubanks was excellent. I had seen him once before about 10 years ago and that's how I felt about him then that's why I went back to him have not needed a spine doctor since that's why I did not see him in 10 years. He was very welcoming. He explained my condition very well including showing me my x-rays. Explained that I needed PT to strengthen my core muscles for 2 months. If that worked he said I did not need to come back and if it did not to come back and he would get an MRI and go from there. Even though he was an orthopedic spine surgeon, he didn't push the idea of surgery immediately, which was great. He's very compassionate and caring. I would definitely recommend him to anybody that had a back problem

This doctor truly knows what he's talking about, I went to the right doctor instead of operating he feels that therapy will be the best for me. We both were pleased my husband, and I not only with this doctor, but with the staff.
Dr. Eubanks is one of University Hospital finest. He is very knowledgeable. He Is very respectful of his patients and their needs.
Everyone was very helpful. Adult with ASD, gets scared, can get loud. Radiology took time to get exrays, Dr listened to concerns about sons back and recommended a pediatric dr for back. Staff kindness and extra time greatly appreciated.

Dr. Eubanks was fine, although the visit was short. I was dissatisfied as I had a followup question after my visit and 1. There was no way to message Dr. Eubanks through MyChart and 2. I tried calling his office twice, left messages asking for him or a member of his office to call me back and never received a call. My question is still unanswered and now I have to bring it up at my appointment with Pain Management. These concerns about followup need to be corrected or other patients are going to have the same dissatisfied experience.
