I absolutely love Dr Dalencour and her staff. The absolute best of the best! So kind and always reassuring if I have any concerns. Quick to return calls. Quick to get my kids in if I need them seen. I know my kids are getting the best care and I am always heard. My kids feels safe and love coming in even if shots are involved. Can't thank them enough for all they do!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Dalencour and her staff. Everyone (front desk and clinical) is always so caring towards my children and I whenever we come. Whether it's for a routine visit or illness, I know we will receive great care. This particular visit I called requesting an urgent visit because my daughter was sick and reacting to something and we were given an appointment right away. I walked in incredibly stressed and left feeling confident and much better about how to take care of her.

We work with Dr. Dalencour since ***. She is an excellent and very experienced doctor, who always knows how to address parents' concerns. She is doing very good job trying to find the best specialists and programs that the UH may offer, and I'm very thankful for her help. She was always very supportive during the Covid-19 time, answering all questions and concerns. Dr. Dalencour may not seem to be very emotional with kids, but her knowledge and experience are the two key factors I consider when make medical appointments.

Industry Relationships

University Hospitals is committed to transparency in our interactions with industry partners, such as pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies. At UH, we disclose practitioner and their family members’ ownership and intellectual property rights that are or in the process of being commercialized. In addition, we disclose payments to employed practitioners of $5,000 or more from companies with which the practitioners interact as part of their professional activities. These practitioner-industry relationships assist in developing new drugs, devices and therapies and in providing medical education aimed at improving quality of care and enhancing clinical outcomes. At the same time, UH understands that these relationships may create a conflict of interest. In providing this information, UH desires to assist patients in talking with their practitioners about industry relationships and how those relationships may impact their medical care.

UH practitioners seek advance approval for certain new industry relationships. In addition, practitioners report their industry relationships and activities, as well as those of their immediate family members, to the UH Office of Outside Interests annually. We review these reports and implement management plans, as appropriate, to address conflicts of interest that may arise in connection with medical research, clinical care and purchasing decisions.
