While it is not unusual to wait for Dr. Carbone, he always takes whatever time is necessary to answer questions. He doesn't appear rushed during appointments which makes waiting a little a minor inconvenience.

I absolutely love Dr. Carbone but my wait time for a pre-scheduled routine visit is over 1 hour, every time. He is very caring and takes his time with his patients and that is wonderful, but maybe they should not schedule so many people, that way people are not expected to take two hours out of their day for an appointment that should take 10 minutes.
Excellent provider. Dr Carbone is always very thorough and knowledgeable. If necessary suggests specialist that can further help me and keeps me on track with eye screening and other things as I age. I appreciate his guidance and expertise as a general practitioner. He has a vast amount of knowledge to guide me thru life's changes

First, every one of these surveys are the same answers for me. Dr. Carbone is a wonderful doctor!! He has patience above all others. He is the BEST! I don't care about the wait time as if someone needs extra time they should have it. As for calling me about test results~~do they even do this when you can look all results up on MY Chart? I have no complaints!
This Provider is very much in demand in this practice. He's a great doctor. But the waiting is much too long.

This was a very productive appointment. I so appreciated Dr. Carbone sitting next to me & showing me my information on the computer screen. *** We went over bloodwork, & I am so glad Dr. Carbone ordered a comprehensive panel of tests to rule out diabetes, autoimmune conditions, & so forth. *** I also appreciated that Dr. Carbone took a full 30 minutes to address my my various questions & concerns. From ***, it has been the worst year of my life, health-wise. Dr. Carbone has been mostly successful over the past *** years plus in treating me with the proper medications. I'm placing my trust in him to make 2025 a much healthier year for me.

Dr. Carbone is the best! I am not concerned about the wait time. I'm there for a reason and so is everyone else. If someone needs more time that's fine with me~~I can wait. I don't check to see how long I wait so I can't answer those questions. You should be very proud to have Dr. Carbone on your staff. He is very caring, listens to you and is very, very kind. He explains things and is very patient. His attitude is always friendly and welcoming. He is also very considerate to everything I ask about.

I find Dr Carbone to be exceptionally concerned and helpful. He called my house 2 days after my visit to inform me that the labs came back on my urine and I had a uti. He changed my script and instructed me to stop the first antibiotic and take the second along with the cough pills. I was very impressed with his thoroughness!
