Even though the wait time in the waiting room is longer than most people would like it, balances out. Once you are in the room and spoke to the nurse, Dr. Butrey is in the with you quickly. The appointment is thorough and not rushed. I whether have this trade off. Dr. Butrey personally has even called me after hours to make sure I get all my information, prescriptions, and questions answered. If you have a long wait while you're at the office he will get back to you with an explanation and follow through. ***
